• Promotional communications — offers, new arrivals, and updates via email or SMS. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any such communication, or by writing to us at perla.delhi@gmail.com.
• WhatsApp notifications — if you have opted in, we may send order and delivery updates via WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
We respect your communication preferences. If you have registered under the DND (Do Not Disturb) list with your telecom provider, transactional communications related to your orders may still be delivered as permitted under TRAI guidelines.
6. Advertising and Retargeting
We may use personalised advertising features offered by platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to show you relevant advertisements based on your shopping interests.

All payments on perlaindia.com are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Perla India does not store, view, or have access to your card or banking credentials. Links to third-party websites (other than our payment gateway) are not required to browse or complete any transaction on perlaindia.com. Your shopping experience with us is designed to be private and secure.
