Return & Exchange Policy

At Perla India, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to ensure you love every purchase, we understand that you may sometimes need to return or exchange a product. That’s why we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.

  • A maximum of two exchanges are allowed per order.

  • Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Process:

  • Upon receiving your return, we conduct a quality check.

  • If the item passes inspection, your exchange will be processed or refund initiated.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, you may request a return or exchange. Please initiate the process promptly for a smooth resolution.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Timeline:

Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you and process the refund.

  • For prepaid payments, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, the amount will be credited to the bank account you provide.
    Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company, depending on their policies.
